[Town of Summerville] 2019 Farmers/Growers Vendor Application

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ BEFORE COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION:

Rules and Regulations for Farmers/ Growers have changed since the 2018 season. Before completing this application please be sure you have read all the Market Rules and Regulations. Please pay extra attention to the section for Farmers & Growers and be sure you meet the requirements before completing this application.

Application submission does not guarantee a vendor space at the Farmers’ Market. Any applications received after the deadline will automatically be added to the wait-list and not considered for a permanent spot. Any Farmers or Growers that do not meet the criteria outlined in the Market Rules and Regulations will not be considered for a space.

The 2019 Summerville Farmers Market operates from 8:00am -1:00 pm and is open every Saturday from April 13th to November 23rd.

A Crop list may be attached in additon to the completion of the below sections

Summerville Farmers’ Market (SFM) Vendor Agreement

By signing below, I certify that I have read and understand the documents listed below, that I will abide by all rules and regulations that apply to my SFM operations.

I further understand that failure to adhere to these rules and regulations are grounds for dismissal from the SFM and forfeiture of any monies paid.
